
The lady bears basketball team won last night with a score of 80-17 against the Palmetto Mustangs. The lady bears showed a great defensive effort to come away with the win. Four players scored in double digits. Kamiya Christian had 17 points, Maggie LeCroy had 13 points, Brihanna Thompson had 12 points, and C’Mere Lesley added in 11 points.
The boys’ basketball team defeated Palmetto 61-54 last night. The Bears were led by Brelin Dennis with 15 points, Zay Holloway with 11, and Connor Horton with 9 points and 13 Rebounds. The Bears improve to 10-7 overall and 1-1 in region play.
Both girls and boys will host Fountain Inn Tomorrow night.

There were 1,672 students across the state of South Carolina who auditioned for a spot and the judges selected 519 to place in three performance choirs. Congratulations to BHP on having 12 of our Chamber Singers selected.

The BHP Lady Bears varsity volleyball team won their home season opener on Tuesday evening against the West Oak Warriors. Through the match senior, #4 Ava Norris, dominated and controlled the middle by leading stats with her kills and blocks. Senior, #10 Emmie Williams, lead defense and serve receive with the highest serve receive percentage statistically. The Bears will travel to Hillcrest Thursday evening for a tri-match between the Bears, Hillcrest, and Laurens.
