A Message from the Principal

Our vision and mission for Marshall Primary students is to grow in all areas of academics and the arts. We strongly support the whole child approach and believe all students are learners. The team aspect at Marshall Primary is a factor we implement daily and strive to have all stakeholders involved in the school on a regular basis.
Our vision and mission is to “Create Leaders for Tomorrow”. This statement sums up what we believe at Marshall Primary. We believe all of our students have the potential to become successful individuals in a global world and to do so they need leadership skills that are recognized around the world.
Students, faculty, and staff are learning and exhibiting the 7 Highly Effective Habits of Successful People by Steven Covey. The habits are:

  1. Be Proactive
  2. Begin with the End in Mind
  3. Put First Things First
  4. Think Win Win
  5. Seek First to Understand and then to be Understood
  6. Synergize
  7. Sharpen the Saw

Marshall Primary practices these habits on a daily basis in preparation for our students to enter a global society and be prepared to be leaders.
